Skin Rescue contains the powerful botanicals: jewelweed (Impatiens capensis), sweet fern (Comptonia peregrina), chickweed (Stellaria media), self-heal (Prunella vulgaris) and balsam fir (Abies balsamea). The plants are infused in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and set in natural bee’s wax. No essential oils are used.

Some of our customers have reported success treating difficult conditions like eczema, psoriasis and dark patches.

The Skin Rescue salve soothes itchy and distressed skin from poison ivy, insect bites, rashes and irritated skin conditions.

The salve contains the powerful botanicals: jewelweed (Impatiens capensis) and sweet fern (Comptonia peregrina). Both are known for their action against poison ivy and insect bites. And it combines infused oils of chickweed (Stellaria media), self-heal (Prunella vulgaris) and balsam fir (Abies balsamea) to add more powerful plant helpers for difficult skin conditions. The plants are infused in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and set in natural bee’s wax. No essential oils are used.

Carpenter’s Herbal has been making a Skin Rescue salve in small batches for some time, based on our successful Bug-Bite Balm. This new formulation builds on the success of our earlier version. Some of our customers have reported success treating difficult conditions like eczema, psoriasis and dark patches.

At the moment, it is only available in a 2 oz/45g format.
